WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SOUND HEALING? Sound healing can help you clear energetic blockages and thus facilitate healing on a physical and mental level. Some of the benefits of sound therapy include: lower stress levels, fewer mood swings, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, improved sleep.

Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies.
Essentially, the vibrations from sound healing instruments ( singing bowls, shamanic drums, gongs, tuning forks, etc), speak to the cells in your body, encouraging them to release what is no longer serving you. This creates more space for healing and relaxation in your body.
Over the years, sound healing has also been used to treat a number of conditions including anxiety; depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism, and dementia.

New Year’s Eve Celebration
New Year’s Eve: Saturday December 31st 5:45-9:00. Join us for an evening of healing and celebration. We will begin with gathering of drumming, Cacao/ fire Ceremony, releasing what no longer serves – as well as setting intentions. This will be followed by a Sound Healing. You are welcome to stay and join us for hors d’oeuvres and Karaoke. Door opens @ 5:45. Wear comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket. Cost is $40.00 for general admission + 10.00 extra dollars if you would like to rent a hammock for the sound healing.
